Katrina, at reception, was super nice. friendly and very helpful. She arranged a bus tour and several taxis for us. George was also super nice, friendly and very helpful. He met us at the taxi to help us find the hotel and took us back and forth to the taxi location several times, gave us good information about Santorini and helped us figure out how to use the TV (several times.)
